Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering everything your dog needs during their stay. There are no additional fees for treats, playtime, special diets, or medication administration. Additionally, training alumni receive complimentary training tune-ups as part of our commitment to ongoing support.

  • We are not a traditional kennel facility. Your dog will stay in our home, where we live and sleep, ensuring a comfortable and personal environment. We provide a dedicated room for them, equipped with an air purifier and fan to promote airflow and create soothing background noise, helping them sleep peacefully. Crates are placed next to each other to ensure they don't feel isolated. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, designed to make all dogs feel relaxed and at home.

  • Due to limited storage space, we kindly ask that you only bring essential items: your dog's food, any necessary special diet treats, and a blanket or crate mat for their crate. Please note that blanket privileges may be revoked if your dog begins to chew on it. For safety reasons, stuffed beds are not permitted. We provide bowls, and there are plenty of toys available for all types of chewers.

    Training Clients:

Please bring food in a labled container, but do not put it in individual baggies. The amount of food given will correlate to the amount given during training and may vary each feeding.

  • Our 0.75-acre play area is divided into two sections to accommodate different types of dogs. One yard is designed for smaller or more reserved dogs, while the other is tailored for larger or more energetic dogs. We carefully monitor all play sessions to ensure a safe environment, making sure no dogs become overly tired or overwhelmed.

  • Each dog is integrated slowly into the pack and will have a temperament evaluation to ensure they are happy and safe. During their stay, your pup will have multiple supervised play time sessions with other dogs they play well with and also get free time in the house. They are crated when they are resting and eating, when I am not home, and at night. Dogs who are not a candidate for group play per the temperament test get time in the yard on their own to run around and explore.

  • Absolutely! Meet and Greets, as well as Training Evaluations, can be scheduled during drop-off hours. This gives your dog the opportunity to become familiar with our home and surroundings. If the boarding dogs are outside, you are welcome to view the dog room to avoid any disruptions. To schedule, please use the New Client portal on the Reservation page.

  • We operate much like a hotel, offering nightly rates for your dog's stay. Drop-off and pick-up hours are available Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Please be aware that drop-offs at or before 11 AM, and pick-ups at or after 3 PM, will incur an additional $15 daycare fee.

  • Please note that our holiday boarding rate includes an additional charge of $15 per day. To secure your spot, we recommend making reservations at least 3-5 weeks in advance.

    The observed holidays include:

    - Spring Break

    - 4th of July

    - Thanksgiving Week

    - Christmas/New Year’s Holiday (December 19 – January 3)

For all holiday boarding reservations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Due to our limited occupancy and the personalized nature of our services, our suites tend to fill up quickly. We appreciate your understanding that as a small business, these policies help us continue providing the high level of care and service that our clients have come to expect.

  • For all non-holiday boarding reservations, we require a minimum of 2 days' notice for cancellations. Please note that cancellations for holiday boarding are non-refundable due to the high demand for space during these periods.

Failure to provide adequate cancellation notice may result in a fee based on the duration of the reserved stay. However, we do consider special circumstances, such as emergencies, on a case-by-case basis. When reservations are not canceled within the required timeframe, it limits our ability to accommodate other clients.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, and we assure you that we will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.

  • As I focus on providing your dog with undivided attention, I may not always have my phone nearby. Rest assured, I will provide a detailed report card and videos at checkout. Photos will be sent as frequently as possible.
